Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please login to your account at account.ivylainejewellery.com and follow the below instructions:
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for
- Click "Request return"
- Select a return reason
- Click "Request return"
You will receive an email once your return request has been reviewed. If approved, you will receive further postage instructions. Please note, return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@ivylainejewellery.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange your item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@ivylainejewellery.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue promptly.
Warranty
All pieces are covered by a 3-month warranty. This warranty begins on the date of purchase and a proof of purchase is required for all claims.
The warranty includes coverage for any manufacturing faults and defects. Accidental breakage and general wear and tear, such as scratched, tarnished or faded jewellery is not covered by the warranty.
Please email info@ivylainejewellery.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged piece to initiate your claim. If your item is found to be faulty, we will offer either a repair or replacement.
Please note all our pieces are delicate and should be cared for as outlined in the care instructions included with your order.
