Shipping policy

We delivery Australia wide and offer free Standard shipping and Express shipping for $15.00. All orders are shipped from our premises in Sydney, Australia and are sent using Australia Post.

•    Orders shipped via the Standard service are estimated to be delivered within 2-8 business days*

•    Orders shipped via the Express service are estimated to be delivered within 1-4 business days*.

*Delivery timeframes are to be used as a guide. Please allow additional time for regional areas. Unfortunately, we cannot be held accountable for delays due to the delivery service. Once your items have been sent, you will be emailed your Australia Post Tracking number.

Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox for collection at your local Post Office.
Parcels may be returned to us if re-delivery or collection is not arranged. If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact the email address provided to arrange re-delivery. If there is no correspondence after 7 days, a refund will be supplied.
